I need help leveling myself up to the vault of glass
I have to get up to the roof vault to repair the windows but I simply can't get there alone...

Not a secure vault is it? You could try getting a ladder perhaps. Or you could climb onto the building and replace the panels. Or you could hire someone else to do it.
