Being a different level does make a difference but people were probably expecting a much bigger difference, which is understandable, but I'm assuming it can be difficult to test out how a system with so many variables will work in a large scale until it's released, and then fixed/updated/improvised. I'm also assuming that one day the event will be brought back so there's no need to feel like this moment has been stolen from you. Have some patience and time, they'll never see it coming
