Polyphony digital... releasing a game that is 99% complete... Maybe until GT5 that was true. GT5 had so many updates it went into 2.0 and there was more data for updates then on disc. Gt6 was released offering most of the features as "In a future update". However their mechanics were always polished and the update consistently with public input.
