I have both as well, P&T is better over all. The infinite ammo is cool, though each bullet takes 5 seconds to regen (30 seconds to get the 6th bullet).
Id rather just reload Patience and Time.

To be honest, I also like how the Ice Breaker sounds plus, my P&T doesn't hold a lot of ammo. I think it's 12 rounds max right now. Hopefully I get a considerable increase as I upgrade, but I could tell right off the bat that the T&P was already doing incredible damage, can't wait.
