Who says you have to wait for it to fully reload. If done properly you can damn near NEVER run out of ammo. Fail. Lol!

Actually, it does work perfectly. And by the time you aim and fire 6 well placed shots, you've already regenerated 1-3 rounds. So total down time is significantly less than 30 seconds. It's ok. You're still cool because RNGsus blessed you with a good weapon. Congrats on your special specialness. I will lol and think of you when Xur sells Patience and Time...
