I have Patience and time and it's a garbage tier exotic. I will admit it's a decent choice in PvE for it's stability, but the actual invisibility perk is horrible with its 3 second delay and it still shows a big red light in PvP so the perk is worthless. Icebreaker does more damage, has the highest range of any sniper, allowing for minimal damage falloff, can explode a target, damaging or killing other foes around him, and unlimited ammo is the greatest thing to have during any juggler debug activity or the nightfall in general.
