I usually use Preydeths Revenge and Vision of Confluence for Oracles because of Oracle Disruptor. P&T is good for Atheon because you can unload more bullets faster during Times Vengeance since I can just reload all my ammo instead of waiting 5 seconds for a single bullet to regenerate. IB would do more damage since it has slightly higher impact (5%) but you lose DPS because you have to wait for ammo to regenerate. Icebreaker would probably be better if you wipe a lot thought.
