No, I don't shoot "all day" but I have the ability to if I wanted, without any ammo synthesis cool down.
I don't know why you're arguing with me so hard about this, they're both good sniper rifles.
Ones better for PvP,
Ones better for PVE.

Well, P&T has higher DPS so its better for boss fights like Atheon. In very extended fights I can see Icebreaker being useful, but the fight would have to be longer than 10 minutes and have no ammo drops since I can extend the duration of P&T with a Synthesis. If it takes more than 10 minutes to kill a boss... got some bad news for you.

Overall, both snipers are great and we obviously have different opinions on each rifle, which is perfectly okay. Good luck and have fun with Destiny. :)
