I wish I had PnT. I regret spending the strange coins on icebreaker. Its lame. I can't stand having to wait for my bullets to recharge. Totally poops on my playstyle.
After one game, I stopped using it.

Ha try missing a bit more has a chance to return rounds to your mag then you won't have to wait. Great weapon once it's upgraded. Wouldn't trade it

Mine doesn't show any of the upgrades affecting it is it glitched?

One of the upgrades is missed shots have a chance to return ammo to the clip

Im not going to purposely miss shots just to get a chance to get shots back. That's stupid.
