As of the patch on 10/7, the dreaded Centipede error has reemerged. I am playing from a college dorm (Cal Poly Pomona), so I am unsure if that may play a factor in this, but I've searched through Twitter and have noticed that many others are also experiencing this problem. An easy fix for this, as I see it, would be to simply pull the patch and revert to the old version until the problem has been resolved.
