I have been doing a ton of Vanguard bounties. I have seen that I leveled up twice in the reputation the pops up on the right hand side when you turn in a bounty, but when I go to any person who have Vanguard equipment my rep is stuck at 1145/1500. I just completed another Vanguard bounty and still no increase. Please help! I worked hard to get far. Thank you

No he's not retarded, I've had that happen too and so have other people too. The UI design should clearly show what your accumulating points to by having additional pie chart / circles for each faction you have joined. They only show Vanguard and Crucible points, not other factions.
