I have posted 4 topics about this, and Bungie still doesn't respond with anything (except for one guy who linked me to a post I already posted in about the disconnects). I can't play the game at all with my friends, nor can I play it alone. If I wanted to throw $100 down the toiled, I would have preferred to wipe my ass with it first.
Bungie has no customer service what so-ever, and I can't get my money back from Gamestop or Sony. If I don't hear anything by the end of today, I am going to start twitter blasting your page, posting on your Facebook, and making sure I recommend to everyone never to buy a Bungie product again, because loyal customers get ignored, and instead of trying to fix the issue, all everyone wants to do is point the finger at the other company and leave me with a game that is good for nothing but occupying HDD space.

don't feel too bad, tc. lots of us have been locked out longer. today is three full weeks for me :(
