Been down for 5 days and counting. I feel like someone stole money from me.

I have posted 4 topics about this, and Bungie still doesn't respond with anything (except for one guy who linked me to a post I already posted in about the disconnects). I can't play the game at all with my friends, nor can I play it alone. If I wanted to throw $100 down the toiled, I would have preferred to wipe my ass with it first. Bungie has no customer service what so-ever, and I can't get my money back from Gamestop or Sony. If I don't hear anything by the end of today, I am going to start twitter blasting your page, posting on your Facebook, and making sure I recommend to everyone never to buy a Bungie product again, because loyal customers get ignored, and instead of trying to fix the issue, all everyone wants to do is point the finger at the other company and leave me with a game that is good for nothing but occupying HDD space.

    Haven't had your bad luck, but since patch I can't do anything either. I, at least, can get past start up but doing the daily or weekly I zone in, baboon, or make it 3-5min into it to have the wonderful zebra kick me in the nuts. Made it to the boss once and baboon out. Zone in back to the beginning. Thought they had check points, oh well.
