Appreciate the effort in put into this. I at least get a better picture of Rasputin / Golden Age / Collapse and all of that. I've been confused (probably not alone) with most of the story and how it links together.

Maybe this is the sort of thing Bungie wanted to see happen with the story. I think the problem is the breadcrumbs the left are not quite obvious enough or compelling enough for the majority to want to follow.
