[i]This post is directed to people who own, or are planning to get, a PS Vita system.[/i] Here, I have some of my favorite/most recommended Vita games. I have not played [i]ALL[/i] the games the Vita has to offer so, feel free to put your favorites down in the comments below! Ill have a brief description why I enjoy them and a poll to see which is enjoyed most by the community here. Okay, here we go. [u]Killzone: Mercenary[/u] KZone Mercenary is by far the best FPS the Vita has. (As well as the best graphics.) This KZone title has a pretty decent campaign, but the multiplayer will keep you playing. Play with your friends via party match against the world or in a private lobby. Don't have a very good Internet connection? Download Botzone to play against bots offline. Don't take my word for it? Killzone Mercenary is the top downloaded game on the Vita PSN store. - Rated M - 4.79/5 consumer rating - Includes Platinum Trophy [u]Terraria[/u] Terraria is a 2D sandbox game. Dig, Fight, Explore, and Build your way through the game to collect the best armor and weapons. The game has tons of enemies and bosses. Play Terraira with up to 8 people online. It is one of my favorite games of all time, actually. This game has cross save and cross platform features with PS3. Terraria is the 4th most downloaded game on the Vita PSN store. - Rated T - 4.71/5 consumer rating - Includes Platinum Trophy [u]Uncharted: Golden Abyss[/u] Uncharted: Golden Abyss is a linear story based game. It has smooth fighting mechanics and an EXCELLENT story. Although this is a rather old game, I had to put it on the list. - Rated T - 4.61/5 consumer rating - Includes Platinum Trophy [u]Spelunky[/u] Spelunky is a 2D platformer with randomized levels that give you a new challenge every time you play. This game is also cross-platform with PS3 and PS4 versions. You can play Spelunky with up to 4 players. Don't have Internet? Play with friends close by via Ad-Hoc Mode. Pretty cool if you ask me. - Rated T - 4.67/5 consumer rating [u]PlayStation All-Stars[/u] PlayStation All-Stars is a 2D fighting game. It is basically the "PlayStation version of Super Smash Bros." Enough said, right? Play with up to 4 players online. It also has PS3 cross-play features. - Rated T - 4.68/5 consumer rating - Includes Platinum Trophy [u]Super Star Dust Delta[/u] Anybody who's played a Super Star Dust game before can surely agree they are top notch arcade shooters. This game has a really cool graphical style with refreshing gameplay. This game includes online leader boards. - Rated E - 4.72/5 consumer rating [u]Need For Speed: Most Wanted[/u] Although it isn't quite what the full game is, it's still a great racer. Doge cops, race online, or just free roam around. Become the most wanted in the city. I really enjoyed playing this game. - Rated E 10+ - 4.57/5 consumer rating - Includes Platinum Trophy These are only a few games that I would highly recommend for the PS Vita. Others include FEZ, AC3 Liberation, and TXK. And, no, I have not played Borderlands on Vita! So I am not qualified to put that game on my list. I am planning on getting it soon, though.
