Patience and Time or Ice Breaker?
So, I bought Ice Breaker from Xur this weekend, mainly because I had been hoarding strange coins since week 1 and figured they had no use just sitting there building up... not to mention I had already completed 3 exotic bounties (Thorn, Invective, and Super Good Advice) and am currently working on Bad Juju. Anyway, I was just rewarded a legendary engram for leveling up the Cryptarch... it turned into Patience and Time. Of course Ice Breaker regenerates it's own ammo, but Patience and Time seems like it has some good perks too, the radar stays active, and active camo. My question to you is which one should I spend time leveling up?

P&T is really useful in PvP, I can't count how many times I've held the choke point at A flag on Venus and waited till my invisibility popped up giving me enough time to line up the headshot. Now, the Ice Breaker, is beautiful for PvE. The ammo regeneration is nice and let's you pick off enemies from afar without having to worry about ammo conservation. I think Ice breaker damage is better than P&T. Just in case anyone is wondering, P&T time to activate stealth is about 2 seconds and lasts 5 seconds roughly. TL;DR Ice breaker = PvE P&T = PvP IB dmg > P&T dmg (This is all IMO)
