Not too long ago, I created a thread containing a preface to a fantasy epic I've been working on for some feedback. When I read the post the following day, I noticed I made some errors and forgot to include tags. When I tried to confirm my editing, I was prompted with a pop up window that told me I couldn't edit a thread that was edited by a moderator or admin.
Here's the cause to this particular thread's purpose. I couldn't get Deej to point me in any direction. The group's most active admin hasn't been able to tell me anything, so I can only assume it was a mod who edited my thread.
I have no idea which ninja it was that edited my thread, and I guess that's not necessarily the most important thing to me. The biggest question I have is "Why?" To my knowledge, I didn't write anything offensive, profane, or suggestive, because I'm not that kind of person. But that's the only reason I could think of that gives any moderator reason to lock a thread's accessibility.
So if any ninja, or the particular ninja responsible, can explain to me why my thread was edited/locked, I would appreciate the information you can offer to help me get what I want and also assist you in keeping an orderly forum. Thank you.

With very few exceptions, the only reason we will edit a thread is to change the tag.
