Except iron banner really isn't any different from normal crucible except for the fact, you don't get any rep at all for losing.

Can't say ive done iron banner but thought it was supposed to be unnormalized on gear and levels. if that isnt the case then I wouldn't mind seeing a mode that does just that.

Yes it was suppose to make gear matter however, the dev-team decided it would be unfair to more "casual" players. Guess they themselves forgot normal crucible still exist while iron-banner is going on.....Go figure :/
