I am not a fan of PvP oriented gear that only serves a purpose in PvP modes, and PvE gear being only useful for PvE. It makes no sense aside from having more **** that players have to acquire if they dabble in both PvE and PvP. Well that, and exotic bounties require both PvE and PvP action. With mandatory PvP thrown into PvE (and vice versa, if you mainly PvP and get an exotic bounty), the idea of having gear that segregates players into PvE or PvP just doesn't work.
