You need to be raiding to reach level 30. The gear is stepping stones.
That's why it's easy and take a few days to get the rep and marks for it.

8? Because the faction chest, boots, and gloves all cost 10 marks? Try 65. another 2 weeks, not counting guns, which cost 150

8 days lol. Easy to get full gear. You should need to clear the hardest stuff to get the best stuff
