Dear Bungie/Activision

I have been with you guys since Halo 1 and only had nothing but respect for your games. In your recent updates I feel as though you are taking advice from the community in the wrong way. I understand you are trying to appeal to the mass audience, but the good/skilled players are suffering because of the less skilled players. Your company is focusing on nerfing and making the skill harder to find. decreasing the BEST weapon in the game, why? the vex gun is meant to be overpowered since it comes from the hardest activity in the game. If it is simply to powerful, why not release harder gameplay instead of making the weapon do less damage for when the hard stuff comes out? then what weapons will we use? at the end of the day it comes down me, us, the little guys aka skilled players will continue to get hurt because of the less skilled being more in quantity. It would be nice if you would stop focusing on patches/nerfs/"fixes" and look toward the future. Instead of making the current harder, release new stuff that is harder. a level 6 should not be able to kill a level 30 since a level 6 guardian is simply not able to kill a level 30 A.I. The game is starting to lack balance the same way it is starting to lack skill, I am not a huge fan of crucible since this isn't a "competitive game", like Halo or CoD. However, I have really skilled friends who keep getting tied up because people are complaining they are too good. The recent nerf to quickscoping had highly skilled "Batemanthe1337" talking about how he feels tied by the ankles since he has a few dozen amazing sniper kills in your game and a higher skill level, but keeps getting worse and worse by all these updates making it simply harder for better players and more "noob friendly" I am not bashing on less skilled players, that is not the issue, maybe make a competitive playlist where all the nerfs do not apply and its pure "MLG" like in your other games. Overall you have a great game, just hope the minority doesn't have to sell it back due to slow releases. By this I mean the game is being "Rockstared" or in other terms you are not releasing new stuff fast enough, your top raiders are talking about staleness since they have done the raid so much and have everything they can possible get and now have no point to play the game. once you reach level 30....then what? I have 2 level 29's and about to get my third. Maybe we just need a life, whatever. But for those of us who don't have a life there is nothing more for us to do until the next release. Please community feel free to repost and comment and discuss this freely. The more insight the better idea Bungie and Activision will get as to what they are doing.
