Because nothing even happens when you destroy the black heart...the traveller doesn't do a thing, it looks exactly the same.

I was hoping to find answers but aaah why is there no story in this game!? They set such a good stage we got characters to play but no role in the supposed RPG its really unacceptable and poor game choice. Halo had more story and that just "blah Chief smash!"
