I know that when I go home I don't tell my wife, family, friends, or anyone else what frustrations I go through on a daily basis with our games. I don't tell them about the long meetings, the great time I have coding, or the fun I have when the test teams come back to tell me all the issues they found that now need to be fixed. Maybe I don't tell them because of the NDA or the fact that they don't care or just the fact that it's my job and I have to deal with it.
