Weapon balance are going to be screwed as long as PvP and PvE are two completely different games, but share weapons. And while Patrol is basically the equivalent of an MMO starter zone, it is also the entire open world content. So due to the lack of content, they wont let us dominate the open world zones. Not that I get killed by anything but overconfidence. Hopefully the DLC will be 25+ content, so we have some challenge in the open world again.
