So let's say you earned your legendary gear (by purchasing with earned currency), did your exotic bounties, properly defeated raid bosses, etc. then I can see where some frustration can come into play. You say you and your clanmates properly defeated the raid boss, and that is great, but what about those players who found glitches and exploited them, then proceeded to post them on youtube so everyone could earn it cheaply? If everyone had to beat the endgame content properly, there wouldn't be half the people running around with the Vex.
Even then, if you were to have all this awesome stuff and it were to be run the way you want it, who would even bother playing PVP until they had all the best gear? It would literally be Team A vs. Team B and everyone runs around with the Vex.
You said With great skill comes great reward, yet I have played with level 28 users in PVP matches and they couldn't break the 0.5 KDR. But they are a higher level than me which means they must be the better player right? Chances are they obtained their level by playing poorly in PVP and were rewarded by the RNG system. I say if you truly TRULY want bungie to begin rewarding those who deserve it, then have it start with abolishing the RNG.

So, yes- it is frustrating and I see what the OP means.
You say you and your clanmates properly defeated the raid boss, and that is great, but what about those players who found glitches and exploited them, then proceeded to post them on youtube
Yes, most people aren't secretive about finding exploits- however, instead of making an area where you die, they very well could have added a different mechanic vice making it an un playable area. This was a /facepalm move by Bungie, they took their ball and went home because they were picked last for kickball. As I said before, the game is forcing you down that path. The gear I "earned" was granted through PVE channels, not PVP. Even if I'm a higher level, that doesn't mean I should be better. Depends on if you're a PVPer, if so- yeah, maybe. But there really isn't a difference between PVP gear and PVE gear- if there was a difference, like adding player resistance modifiers (resilience)- it would be a lot easier to tell if that person was there to PVP or not.
I agree, but this also should be seen through the daily challenges viewpoint. "If you want that bonus XP and whatever else, replay that one story mission", not exactly what I would call fun. So yes, frustrating indeed.
Yes, most people aren't secretive about finding exploits- however, instead of making an area where you die, they very well could have added a different mechanic vice making it an un playable area. But to have such a glaring one on this incredibly difficult boss with such an amazing reward at the end is ridiculous, especially when you consider all the videos people are making with this exploit. They are aware of it and have been for awhile, but decided to nerf the reward instead of fix the area.
Woah woah woah, I HATE PVP, I have no interest in it at all really. But if someone plays 1 hour in PVE and is awarded 2 legendary pieces, how does that equate to someone who puts in 50 without even a sniff at one? There are lots of players who simply get lucky, and much of the levelling up has to do with luck, which I don't agree with. But yes there is relatively no difference in PVE or PVP gear which is why I flip back and forth just to break the repetitiveness of PVE.

Your an idiot because that is bunnies fault. They see and know about these glitches and they can preform a nice little hotfix just as i instant and retarded as they did this one. They let it go on before they've done anything that's is their fault not his. I mean really 3 nurfs to auto rifles a little over a month I mean really.

*You're, *Bungie's, * Perform, *That is, *Nerfs Right, as I said, if he has really earned it, I can understand his frustration. Auto rifles in PVP are OP, which is why I use them only for PVP and switch to my scout for PVE. Rather than perform a hotfix for Atheon, they decided to nerf the Vex. If they performed the hotfix, then both players (those who earned it and those who didn't) use it without a problem. If 80% or more of the players who obtained the Vex did so by glitching, then unfortunately it is those who earned it properly that suffer.
