After all these patches and changes I think it'd only be fair to start again with a clean slate. For example, someone's KD would've been a major factor before the Nerf of a Vex Mythoclast. This way everyone plays with the fair version of the gear.
Also, for the new people who joined the game this past month and are just leveling their characters. Its not fair for us to make fun of them because they're new. Again its only fair.

Dafuq?

So because someone has a better kd because they used a gun before it got nurfed they should lose everything else they had earned so you can feel better about a stat that doesn't matter?

Lmaooo
i like me some troll for breakfast
I think bungie knows. That After they have nerfed all the things that we have worked for which take us weeks to get(like the Vex Mythoclast). And have been nerfing and buffing engram drops, When they know mostly every player in destiny is above 20 and doesn't want to see green engrams every 2 seconds while farming. That if they wipe everyone's account clean because of you crying cuz you getting slapped up on crucible that Destiny's population will take a critical hit. It's bad enough they are talking about nerfing Supers.

So I, a PVE player, should have to start over because of KDs? Dude, GO AWAY!!
-
I agree, better yet let's take it back to Nintendo days as soon as you turn off your game you have to start over!! Get the -blam!- over it already nobody gives a shit about your K/D anyways, some of us have a hundred plus hours in. To much work to give up because your not happy with your K/D

Edited by WrathOfTheRoyal: 10/19/2014 5:58:24 AMSorry, but i've done everything legitimately and i'm to be punished because you're upset by mere numbers? I'm a firm supporter of destiny, but if wiped im done and out. I didn't work for all my shit to be wiped because of your crying. Get over yourself. This games population (already divided by 4) will not survive a wipe.
-
If they reset (which they won't) after I've put 100 plus hours into this game I'll trade in both copies and never buy a bungie game again.
-
I agree. Wipe characters. But I also impose that every top of the hour, every day, characters are wiped and deleted.
-
Reminds me of the days in Phantasy Star Universe, the demo. Every end of the month, characters would be wiped, and everyone restarted from the beginning. The Armageddon made it fun.
-
why does k/d matter at all? just play the game bro
-
I'll wipe but can't find bathroom. Xur hasn't brought the exotic toilet paper.
-
Hah....hell no.

One thing they should wipe is the campaign.... Oh wait that happens already
-
Why not take it even further and wipe every one's character's at the end of each day.
-
This guy...
-
The people have spoken. Make it happen bungie
-
Uhhh one thing though who cares about that stuff?
-
Yes 100% agree wipe everything.
-
how stupid are you for thinking bungie would do that? I want an answer
-
You mad? Get wrecked
-
People who care too much about k/d need to re evaluate their life. It's only a game.

Edited by ValorDLX: 10/19/2014 3:42:20 AMThis fair. 100% fair. OP's post/topic. Why? Now people are forced to earn things from the vault under very strict and unpredictable circumstances, let alone complete it with difficult handicaps that no one has ever experienced to date. No one should have a Vex Mythoclast or hard raid helmet anymore bc people without it are being forced to undergo a severely demanding circumstance that players who have the raid rewards already never had to even imagine. If this stands, then my Vex Mythoclast MUST be far more powerful than everyone else's prior to the update (when/if I maintain the patience to actually get it now). I tried hard with less tricks and strategy to work with! Very fair. How could even hope to argue against my points mentioned above ^^^ and not sound like an angry child? My proposition is a fair one. Either everyone obtains things the same way or motivation goes out the window. There's no realistic incentive to finish the raid on hard anymore. It's not realistic to expect everyone to be a SWAT team of perfect deadly coordinated jack of all trades tanks . Especially now that casuals have used the so called "bug" to death and the weakest of players have rarest of weapons and armor. The new endgame will be beating the gatekeepers...Alot of people more than likely will call that the new "end of the raid". Bc everything up to directly facing Atheon will be doable with good teamwork. Then it'll be too random to coordinate, let alone finish.
