Auto rifles in PVP are OP, which is why I use them only for PVP and switch to my scout for PVE. Rather than perform a hotfix for Atheon, they decided to nerf the Vex. If they performed the hotfix, then both players (those who earned it and those who didn't) use it without a problem. If 80% or more of the players who obtained the Vex did so by glitching, then unfortunately it is those who earned it properly that suffer.
