HELP!
Almost every night at the moment my internet drops to 2mb or lower some nights it's been 500 kb!!! Then around 11.30 it's back up to full speed? Now is this just a crap Virgin media? Is anyone else having these problems? Can anyone out there please help me it's killing my fun! Or maybe is someone hacking my internet? I'm desperate can anyone please please help me on this? By the way I'm not at all clued up on the computer side of things mostly a console man.

If you and your family aren't downloading a bunch of stuff, then it could just be Virgin's traffic shaping being a little too eager. Depending on the package you have, some look a little harsh. Worth a chat with Virgin to see if they can give you any ideas?
