I dont care about that Vex weapon, of course I want one but I will get it when I get it.
Hardcore gamers will leave because we have nothing to work for. we can play for months and still a guy that played a week can be better and have mutch better equipment.
We spend a year in a game and have nothing to show for

Welcome to the world of MMO RPG type games. Same thing happened everytime a patch came out in world of warcraft, level cap would go up and people would get angry that the gear they worked hard for for months is useless. But for years they kept coming back, only after a decade is when people stopped playing it.
