Recommended lvl for 28 nightfall strike?
I'm having a hell of a time getting past 25, would I be of use in a 28 strike?

Unfortunately you will not be much help. I believe because you are below lvl 28 you have a penalty of -20% to your attack damage. This will make it very difficult for you to be effective at killing enemies 😞
