RNG loot table changed to a need/greed/pass system
The game should adopt a need before greed system and trash the RNG loot table, at least for raids. here's why: with a need before greed system, you could make it so the game lets you roll a value of 101-999 should you need an item, with the loot going to the person with the highest roll. The game should be able to check if you have a said item in your vault or inventory. If you dont have it, you can need it, if you do have it, need would be greyed out and the game would allow you to greed it. that roll would be between 0-99 and should ensure that someone who needs it would get it before someone who greeds it. the last option would be to pass it, should, for whatever reason, you dont want the item at all, or prefer that someone else takes it instead. this would apply to weapon drops, vehicles, and shaders. additionally, the game could be made to be able to identify which class you are using currently. should a piece of gear drop for the class youre on, you would be able to need, greed, or pass on that item against all others of that class for the loot. not everyone is looking to have duplicate gear so if they have it and all greed it, that's free shards for whoever rolls the highest. If a person doesn't roll or press pass, after a certain amount of time has elapsed, it will be assumed that they're passing on the item. if no one rolls after a certain amount of time has elapsed, or if everyone passes on the gear, it should be lost to time.
