10 year old murderer
How should this be handled? He's being tried as an adult. He may have "mental issues" but that is yet to be determined. His family does not want him back in the home.

5 RepliesI'd say at 10 he fully understood what he was doing, hurting another human. All because she asked him to leave, imagine what could happen if he felt a more drastic reaction was ended to teach someone a lesson down the road?
