The launch of has been a great success so far. I was sold on destiny the first day that it was announced. Bungie has been one of my favorite developers since the very first Halo . With story, images and gameplay mechanics being released I grew excited. Being part of the Alpha I grew to love a game that wasn't even completed yet. I poured hours and hours into that Alpha and I was so impressed at the polish the game had at that early of a stage. The beta was even better. I preordered my special edition and have been playing non stop since the release. This game is phenomenal and I love that it has so much room to grow. But, alas, darkness lurks.
The meat and potatoes of this is below.
I feel as if an official statement needs to be made regarding what many believe is "on disc dlc". Many videos have surfaced showing these almost locked areas, not meant to be traversed until we the consumer, your fan base, the life force of your hobby, your passion, your job, pony up some more cash. I personally have a little faith that these locked yet easily accessible areas are not the complete dlc many have already purchased. Social media has trashing your name due to these dirty practices, until the official dlc is released I'll hold my reservations. I am just hoping you give me and the community as a whole to want to throw our money at you again. I think it's wonderful how open and transparent the Bungie team has with the community but why haven't we heard anything about this? I can't wait for you to destroy the naysayers and ondiscdlc theorists with some serious content here. Even if you don't reply to this ( though I hope you do) the dlc will come sooner or later and we'll all have our answers then.
