Human origin: You were fleeing Earth in your car, stuck in traffic on the way to the ships in Russia, and Rasputin drops the shield and everyone dies.
Eco origin: You bravely stood fighting while the humans were trying to flee earth. See above.
Awoken origin: You got drunk and went wandering off and hit your head on some dead human's car.

That gives me an idea... Human: You were fleeing Earth in your car, finally got to an open stretch of road and hit the accelerator. Exo: You bravely stood fighting while the humans were trying to flee Earth. Awoken: You got drunk and went wandering off. The Exo saw a drunk Awoken approaching and moved to intercept the possible threat to humans. Had to move across the road in the process. The Awoken saw an Exo moving to intercept. Clearly the Exo wanted to pick a fight with you, you were happy to oblige and moved towards him. The Exo and Awoken met in the middle of the empty road and started eyeing each other, oblivious to anything else. The Human saw the Exo and Awoken standing in the middle of the road but it was too late to stop. You know the rest. And there you have it. The perfect explanation as to why Ghost finds everybody at the exact same place. Props to Insomniatron for sparking the idea.
