Let's be clear here — DeeJ speaks for Bungie first - players second. Let's get blunt ... DeeJ I feel is out of his depth! Plain and simple. What actual skill does this guy have in community systems or social management. Zilich! I mean really? His own LinkedIn profile shows that this has not exactly been his forte! Personally I'm sick of his mediocre and vague responses to legitimate and important questions - questions that are 'constantly' and 'persistently' placed on these forums. Not once! Not a single DAMN time has he answered any of the primary & pertinent questions asked by this very community forum! I have read these forums daily - literally - day-in and day-out. I have even followed him to seen what he has been answering. Well here's a SPOILER for you! Nothing we want to know!! Below are the THEMES of the persistent and constant questions in the forum from players and fans (love or hate them) which one would expect to be answered in some "meaningful" way from the "community manager": (1) The lack of story/narrative. Deej says nothing. (2) The issues of PvP balance. Deej says nothing. (3) The limited or non-existents of the promoted 'open world' of Destiny. Deej says nothing. (4) A meaningful response to the accusation & questions on the narrative 'change' or "conspiracy''. Deej says nothing. (5) The difference between the promise of Destiny pre-launch play versus the PLAY of Destiny post-launch. DeeJ says nothing. (6) The persistent problem of some players even connecting too and playing Destiny. Deej says nothing ... nothing when ppl payed good money to experience Destiny (there maybe an odd response from that Master guy if you are lucky ... I mean really really lucky!!). In fact let's be honest. Getting an exotic drop from the RNG, a Legendary item from the Cryptach or hoping beyond hope that the Mythocast hasn't actually been nerfed would be better odds than getting any response from a Bungie employee or an answer from DeeJ! We should stop demanding just game mods but also that the community's "real" questions get answered? Why? Cause - whether we like it or not - DeeJ is 'THE' appointed community manager for Bungie and they keep saying that our feedback matters. But DeeJ man ... Mr PR, the community is asking you important questions ... man. So here is a crazy approach for you - something out of the ordinary even. How about answering OUR questions instead of just YOUR questions!! (Lol fellow Desti's - all that echoes in my mind after this rant is DeeJ quoting the line from 'Taken' — "Good Luck" - I know that this will be just be more noise - lost in this passionate but awesome forum.
