Petition to change pocket infinity's magazine size.
(I know this is a bit late.) This is a petition to change pocket infinity's magazine size to a higher amount (A 5 or 6 round magazine maybe.) Pocket infinity seriously needs a larger magazine size, especially because the speed reload doesn't change that much. I rarely ever see anyone use pocket infinity because everyone's using PLAN C (who's using an exotic fusion rifle that is.) Anyone else agree?

Edit2: Made me laugh, but a couple people seem to be mad at me for using the word clip, instead of magazine, so I changed clip to magazine in my sentences.
Edit3: Thanks for commenting so far everyone! Hopefully Bungie will take note of this and do something about it at some point soon.

Suggestions: Option tree 1: Keep the ammo at 3, but: A) Replace the fast reload with a faster charge Rationale: inate reloading is already super fast, but the charge is slow make dps lower than legendary fusion rifles because subsequent damage is lower than the previous. B) Keep the fast reload, but make the inate charge time to .7 seconds Rationale: Again same reason as previous Option tree 2) Change the inate mag size A) To 5 Rational: Dps needs to match or be better than legendaries, right now Pocket Infinity's auto fire is just for aesthetics since damage is metigated and multiple legendary volleys do more overall damage! B) To 6, but remove the "missing rounds return them to the magazine" Rationale: If you say firing "4-21" bullets is OP then remove that! Decient people don't miss giant bosses and knights charging at you with a toy sword of crota! Option 3) Keep everything the same, but increase damage after subsequent shots to 100%, 120%, 150% instead of 100%, 80%, 60%. Rationale: Unnecessary nerfs are pissing me off.

Three rounds per clip is just dumb anyway. Futuristic battle and I'm bringing my fully automatic fusion rifle with the three round clip! Exotic garbage! How dumb is that? Who would bring that gun into battle? Was there a shortage of ammo, a peace treaty that cause everyone in the future to have tiny magazines to cut down on the outer space carnage. You bombed again destiny. If you work for destiny and you took part in that decision, you should feel lucky you are still employed. You should be drug tested and escorted out of the building.

Totally agree, pi needs putting back to normal for pve, but needs keeping how it is now for pvp.

4 RepliesThat would be really useful for PvE, but PI destroys in PvP and that's why it was nerfed. If you can't get a kill with three fusion rifle shots then you probobly arent cut out for the PI.

Definitely needs to be higher than 3 rounds like mine is. I've seen Youtube video of people using Pocket Infinity with an 8 round mag, and images online showing the weapon with a 5 round mag. 3 is way too low and makes the auto fire feature once upgraded far less of a boost. Should be upgraded to at least 5!

From experience, I used the pocket infinity before the update in its 8 - mag "glory" it was nifty that I could get around ten shots average when I MISSED THE TARGET!!! I immediately went to the extra stability and didn't look back. After the update I used the increased reload speed and I liked it. The gun fires enough that I'm not concerned "shit! Did I miss a shot?" I can control it and it's not going to run off without me. They could or should have changed the charge rate and that would have been my favorite perk.
