Well, again, it's a flex. The higher you go to one side, the lower the other side goes. For instance, if 33% of Destiny had a 3.0K/D, that would mean the other 66% had a 0.5K/D. The higher K/D a select group of people have, the lower the majority have. Of course, my example is rather basic, but to have a 1.0K/D would be considered higher than average in this respect. A 0.6-0.8K/D would be average. If he has a 1.2K/D like stated, then he is well above average and hardly a "scrub". Granted, with his higher score, he doesn't represent half the Destiny population. Probably more like 25% of it, respectively.
