i find that saving my super really helps, i always want to use it in an emergencies but I know I'll run into a group of people, or a hunter activating golden gun/ blade dancer, or a defender titans ward of dawn. the shoulder charge is easy to evade if you know the effective distance, try not running into an enemy around the corner, or if you see someone running at you either try to fill their skulls with bullets, or jump as high as you can and try to go over them.
