Is it just me or does everyone else believe that engrams dropped from vanguards should ALWAYS match the level the player who picked it up time after time have i tanked through to find a blue engram (which are scarce to say the least) and redeem it to get a crappy bog standard gun or piece of armor ten whole levels below me !! come on bungie your better than this
