How many of you were Halo Players before Destiny? CoD Players?
Just would like to shoot this out for an experiment. I'd like to know what you guys played before Destiny came out!
If you played both, which one did you play more?
EDIT: A cheeky Guardian has decided to necrobump this post, and has now caused me great distress. I've formed a multitude of ulcers in the last 15 minutes.
But I still am curious, even though it's been months- so the post is here to stay.

Oh the good ol days of H2. Spent my entire summer after it came out with two buddies playing split screen every night for almost 8 hours a night. Parents thought I was doing drugs. Just spending my nights team killing my buddies until the 4th quit or we kick him for killing one of us then we dominate the other team...

Mainly because my friends were ass and I loved splattering them with the Warthog. Then Microsoft sexually harassed me with multiple red rings of death and I lost interest in that green BMX super soldier guy.

Played halo ce a bunch at a friends house. Played odst and reach. Played all 3 cod mw's ,w@w, and both Bo1 and 2. Mainly for zombies and multi on mw3 and bo2. Switched to battlfield. Played Bc2 campaign and multi on Bf3 and 4. Still play bf4

I have played MW3, COD and COD II - but I'm a Halo Guy. Played Halo CE (on Mac), then Halo CeE H2, H3, H3 ODST, Halo Reach and (sadly) H4 on XB 360. I prefer a level playing field for weapons and a more skill based game. After 343 got done with H4, I'm not sure I'll be buying H5 or even the Halo MCC.

3 RepliesHalo player. I bought an original Xbox just to play Halo back in the day. I've owned every FPS Halo game over the years. I purchased Destiny because Bungie was making it. I'm beginning to suspect that the people from Bungie who made Halo enjoyable all jumped ship for 343.

1 ReplyI hated halo lol and hated cod after mw2 ....been playing battlefield mostly since 2010. I only got this game because the beta was so fun and convinced me to get the season pass as well... Now that ive gotten the game and spent 90 dollars ill do my weekly stuff in destiny and try it again when the game is finished lol
