Funniest thing I have had was on like the second time I had ever played crucible. I had just spawned in and was running to an objective. I was coming down from a glide over a wall just as an opponent was coming up to escape a teammate and I blasted him point blank in the face with my shotgun. Right as it happened Lord Shaxx let out a laugh followed by something like "No mercy in the Crucible!" The timing was just perfect. My father, who also plays, was over visiting at the time and we both about died laughing from it.
