Tosh?
I beg to differ, having played Borderlands 1 and 2 myself the hitbox for the game is cluttered and more blocky even with the lowest accurate weapon. In Destiny even though a hitbox in gaming terms is of polygon shape, the outline transitions are more smoother.
Borderlands is not that difficult of a game really because of the constant rewards are always there and the punishment for failing is hardly noticable because of lack of penalty. Spend money to get revived so as long as you got cash in your pocket even if you only have $10, they'll simply just take $2 away, again not that big of a deal for losing.
Co-op is more tolerable than borderlands because like I posted above, the game still feels like you're playing by yourself with just someone to talk to. In Destiny you'll begin to notice the difference because of how overall level design is handled; you have to think why the terrian of each level is created for specific boss enemies. In Borderlands, it's simply a wasteland bosses/ enemies just have increased health and damage output when you're in a team but if you're cool with that, more power to you.
Loot system, that's the probelm I see with Borderlands giving you a bunch of things you want but you don't need. Sure I understand Destiny still has it's RNG problems but I prefer to have a gun that does specific task for my playstyle than gving me a bunch of guns like 2% more accuracey or another with 1.8% more critical and so on. . .again you hardly notice it.
I'm not bashing you or Borderlands (just never gave that game a 2nd playthrough), I'm just explaining why these 2 games are different, not any of them are better than the other.
