You have to aim with the gjallahorn to activate the seeking perk. Aiming with a rocket launcher at pvp matches take to long. You risking get shot in that time and here we have the answer why you think the warlock is up: your playing style is not the best.

So why you crying for the target seeker perk when you even don't know how to activate it and do not play pvp?! You try to tell me that you miss a pve target very often. Third time i said this to you: You Need To Play Better!!! And your crying about one more rocket is ridicolus, man. Just kill the trashmob which drop new ammo, use weapon packs or get a launcher with the perk that the trash mob will spawn ammo more often. There is no problem at all, i'm sorry.
