You seem confused.
The gear is imbalanced between classes. That is indisputible. The specs are available for all gear in the game.
If the naked classes are imbalanced that is a separate issue. (Hint: they are not).

Well you can't have naked subclasses seperate from gear because you character where's gear and I just did the math on my Sunsinger dps and I burst for 30k not 20k
