Warlocks and titans are extremely good in PVE, better than the hunter anyway. The hunters super attacks seem more like they are meant to just dominate in PVP while the warlock has radiance which allows you to self revive(good for vault of glass and nightfall strikes) and the Titan has ward of dawn and if you use the weapons of light perk it allows not only you but your whole fire team to cause more damage to bosses such as Atheon in the raid. It all depends on your play style and whether or not you like to play PVP or PVE. All characters are good for certain situations, but I can still understand your argument.
