I have a level 30 Cryptarch on my hunter, and a level 18 on my Titan. I've only ever gotten two shaders from them. Just because you got lucky off of RNG one day, doesn't excuse the fact the system is still flawed. They are shaders, not rare weapons or anything like that. It's a shader that does nothing but change your colours. They need to be more accessible.
