I've heard Dead Orbit gives you a shader at rank 8, I'm trying to get my Vanguard at rank 8 now to see if I get a shader. Vanguard is currently at 7. I've gotten the shader Thunderdevil twice from the Cryptarch and a few other shaders that were very ugly. I've also gotten the Blood Pact shader 12 damn times from strikes. Still... I fully agree on what you've said here. Signed!
