For what it's worth, my Sunsinger has two grenades and my Praxic gives me extra special/heavy ammo with a boost to c/d reduction to grenades. I'm not sure if I just for really lucky, but hopefully the other Heart of the Praxic Fire chests have the same. Edit: Correction, fusion ammo.
