Oh...sorry, I didnt realize reddit was the go to source for the most intellectual of satistics and findings...do you by any chance mean the post stating that you get the vanguard/faction shader at rank 10...which has been debunked by many including myself considering my dead orbit rank is 12...or do you mean the post that states that they're all random awards...because random rewards sound so easy to "work for"...-_-

I'm not here to argue with you, just do some research. Most people are reporting that the get there shader from 10-12. I'm not saying it's not rng. just put some work into it. I got mine at rank 11. Good luck
