I apologize for having to say this but its random...my dead orbit is rank 12...I have no dead orbit shaders...its completely random just because a couple of people got the shader at rank 11 out of several [b]million[/b] players doesn't mean its a fact that you get them at rank 11...there are people who have gotten the dead orbit shader at rank 3...its completely RNG...
